The NERCSC/MRCSC 2025 Programs are a two-part series on Caring Moments in Action. The Spring program, Part 1—Healing-Compassionate Presence with Self, was on April 8, 2025. It explored the important practice of cultivating caring moments of compassionate presence with self in healing and renewing ways. The Fall part of the Caring Moments in Action – Caring Moments in Action- Part 2 -Healing Compassionate Transpersonal Presence in Practice Settings explored Caritas Coach projects that illustrate Caring Moments in Action and their healing outcomes in various nursing practice settings of acute care, ambulatory care, and educational settings. The Massachusetts Regional Caring Science Consortium 2024 Spring and Fall virtual programs offer a two-part virtual series on Nurses as Change Makers. The MRCSC Spring Program focused on Nurses as Change Makers, Part 1— Four Essential Practices for Healing Self. This program addressed the need for nurses to attend to their own healing processes in preparation for caring for others.
