About MRCSC

The Massachusetts Regional Caring Science Consortium (MRCSC) is a local grass-roots forum, that emerged from the Watson Caring Science Institute’s International Caritas Consortium (ICC), to increase opportunities in exploring the philosophy, ethic, and practices of Caring Science in the Massachusetts and New England area. With the suspension of in-person meetings during the pandemic, MRCSC  has been organizing bi-annual web-based programs that are open to those interested in Caring Science, world-wide.

Next Consortium Program

The next MRCSC Program will be on Exploring the Theory of Human Caring, Transformative Caring Moments, and Micropractices; Sustaining Caring-Healing Relationships with Self and Others. It will be help on Thursday, October 20, 2022, from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM ET,  in  a web-based venue. The featured speaker will be Jean Watson, PhD, RN, AHN-BC, FAAN, LL (AAN), famed nursing theorist and transformative leader.

Registration, via the  MRCSC Autumn 2022 Program page,   starts on 18 July.
