Caring Moments in Action, Part 1–Healing Compassionate Presence with Self

The MRCSC Spring Program is the first of a two-part series on Caring Moments in Action. This Spring program,  Part 1—Healing-Compassionate Presence with Self, will explore the important practice of cultivating caring moments of compassionate presence with self in healing and renewing ways. Intentional daily caring moments with self are essential to develop and sustain one’s own well-being, to renew personal meaning and purpose, and to prepare to care for others with loving-compassion.

The spring program features guest speaker, Jan Anderson, EdD, MSN, RN, AHN-BC, Caritas Coach®, a holistic nurse, Caring Science scholar, nursing leader, educator, and author. Dr. Anderson’s presentation will address the deep meaning, essential need, and healing outcomes of caring moments with self, as well as experiential practices. There will be time for discussion and sharing.

There is no fee to attend this program, but registration is required by signing up for a Free Ticket above. Registration will close on Sunday, April 6, 2025.

Nurses, students, and other healthcare professionals are invited to attend this meaningful program. Nursing Contact Hours (1.5) will be offered.
